Sue Falls - Visit this spectacular 100 foot waterfall in solitude. Camp where there fewer people and fish the whole range of species. Be sure to book this rare canoe trip well in advance!
Nym Lake -
The first portage is across Nym Lake from the drop-off site. After a paddle across Batchewaug, you'll find the best camping islands of Quetico Park - Pickerel Narrows.
Stanton Bay - Try to cross large lakes early in the morning to reduce the chances of difficult high winds. Once across Pickerel you can tour the Rawn Lake area and hunt for wildlife pictures and moose pictures.
French Lake - Nature trails beside family campgrounds. French Lake is a great base camp for short canoe trips for great trout fishing in Pickerel Lake.
Wawiag River - Save the cost of fly-in access and paddle to the deepest parts of Quetico. Starting just north of Clay Lake explore the Wawiag River. Kawnipi Lake has some of the biggest walleye!
